Full-time new employees known as Nooglers have access to the Network Operations Residency Program (NORP) which provides two years of project learning opportunities starting from June 2025. After NORPers complete their rotations involving both Network Engineer and Software Engineering and Technical Program Management they will take roles as Network Engineers and Software Engineers or Technical Program Managers. The Network Operations Residency Program (NORP) enables participants to develop their careers through multiple engineering functions including program and technical program management in addition to operations and architecture. NORP provides a platform to develop emerging leaders who seek rapid advancement within networking technology.
