Are you a performance marketing wizard who thrives in the high-stakes world of Forex and Crypto? Do you have experience managing massive budgets and navigating complex compliance landscapes?
GrowThan is looking for a data-driven Ads Specialist to join our fast-growing team in Gurgaon. If you’re ready to take ownership of 20–50 lakh monthly budgets and drive global impact, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do:
- Master the Platforms: Plan and execute end-to-end campaigns across Google (Search, YT, Display) and Meta.
- Navigate the Niche: Direct experience in the Forex and Crypto sectors is a must.
- Optimize for ROI: Manage full-funnel tracking (Click → Lead → FTD) using GTM, S2S tracking, and API conversions.
- Scale Big: Oversee monthly spends of ₹20L – ₹50L, ensuring maximum ROAS and CPA efficiency.
Mandatory Criteria:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Google & Meta Ads.
- Proven track record specifically within the Forex/Crypto industry.
- Expertise in S2S tracking, CRM postbacks, and Pixel integration.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon.
