Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Varanasi for a Google/Meta Ads Specialist. The role involves planning, creating, and managing paid ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Responsibilities include monitoring campaign performance, optimizing ads for better results, conducting A/B testing, analyzing data, and generating performance reports. The specialist will also collaborate with teams to align campaigns with business goals and stay updated on the latest advertising trends and best practices to improve campaign outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads, including campaign creation, targeting, and optimization
- Data analysis and reporting skills, with hands-on experience using analytics tools
- Strong understanding of A/B testing, audience segmentation, and keyword research
- Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present campaign performance insights
- Proactive approach to staying updated on industry trends and best practices in digital advertising
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Previous experience in managing advertising budgets and delivering ROI-driven results is a plus
