We are looking for a skilled and creative Digital Ads Manager who can not only run high-performing Google & Meta ad campaigns but also create engaging graphics and reels for social media.
Responsibilities:
• Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns
• Create lead generation, conversion, and retargeting campaigns
• Analyze campaign performance and improve ROAS
• Design graphics for ads and social media posts
• Create and edit engaging reels/videos for Instagram & Facebook
• Coordinate with the creative and marketing team for content strategies
• Stay updated with latest trends in digital marketing and social media
Requirements:
• Experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
• Knowledge of audience targeting, pixel setup, conversion tracking, and retargeting
• Basic to advanced graphic designing skills (Canva/Photoshop etc.)
• Reel editing skills for Instagram/Facebook content
• Understanding of social media trends and content strategy
• Creative mindset with strong communication skills
Bonus Skills:
• Video shooting experience
• Knowledge of AI tools for content creation
• SEO or social media management experience
