Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Google Ads & Meta Ads Expert to join our team on a part-time, work-from-home basis.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns with a strong focus on lead generation, sales, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns
- Create and optimize lead generation and sales campaigns
- Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research
- Monitor CPL, CPC, CTR, conversions, and ROAS
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs
- Perform A/B testing of audiences, creatives, and ad copies
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking
- Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads
- Hands-on experience with Meta/Facebook & Instagram Ads
- Strong understanding of lead generation campaigns
- Knowledge of Google Search, Display & Remarketing campaigns
- Knowledge of Meta Lead Forms, Conversion & Remarketing campaigns
- Understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager & Meta Pixel will be an advantage
- Ability to work independently and achieve performance targets

Working Hours: 3 Hours Per Day
Salary: ₹15,000+ Per Month, depending on experience and skills
