Job Title: Google & Meta Ads Executive

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Google & Meta Ads Executive to join our digital marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) & Amazon to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and improve campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
- Handle Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPC, CTR, ROAS, and conversions.
- Generate leads through paid marketing strategies.
- Create engaging ad copies and coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives.
- Track and analyze campaign data using Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
- Perform A/B testing to improve ad performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends and platform updates.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads handling.
- Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and paid advertising strategies.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
