About the role

Product Marketing Manager, Google Play, Core, Growth Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 6 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e. growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social). Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. Preferred qualifications: 10 years of experience in developing global marketing programs with global stakeholders. Experience in identifying key pain points in the user journey. Experience in Push marketing (email/notifications)/CRM. Knowledge of gaming, mobile, loyalty programs, or e-commerce Excellent problem-solving skills. Responsibilities Partner with designers, writers, other Product Marketing Managers (PMM), PMs and third-party agencies to deliver compelling marketing communications. Build strong relationships, partner with product managers, engineers, analytics, operations and loyalty program product marketers to deploy targeted, impactful campaigns. Partner cross-functionally to build business requirements for scaling and optimizing content creation and delivery, design and execute testing strategies to improve engagement. Proactively evaluate and present results of your programs, making recommendations for campaign optimization and new areas of focus. Deepen relationship with users through compelling, scalable and relevant lifecycle content and experiences, particularly with the most loyal user base. As a Product Marketing Manager, you are a storyteller, you craft compelling narratives about Google Play. You help users get the most out of their Play (and Android) experience, increasing product affinity and engagement. Along the way, your work helps to represent Google Play. You build scalable programs that meet the needs of demanding super-gamers, users turning on their first mobile phones, and everyone in between. Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two.
