Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with database query, SQL coding, and analysis.
- Experience leading cross-functional project teams through strong problem-framing.
- Knowledge of accounting and core finance processes and standard finance systems (e.g. SAP).
- Ability to start and direct work in an unstructured environment, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
- Problem-structuring and project management skills, and the ability to communicate insights.
- Strong problem solving and excellent analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and ability to communicate clearly and influence senior leadership teams.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $113,000-$162,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Develop financial models that help TI (Technical Infrastructure) and Finance to make sound financial decisions on capital investments.
- Work with TI business partners to plan, forecast, and report on TI Capital spend; all grounded with business drivers.
- Analyze data and synthesize raw information into insights and recommendations.
- Identify and implement cost and operational metrics to measure business results and efficiency in areas being supported.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to TI business partners, accounting, finance, internal audit, systems, and engineering teams.
