The Google Cloud Platform team helps customers transform and evolve their business through the use of Google’s global network, web-scale data centers and software infrastructure. The Cloud Marketing team is looking for people who can help us write and tell the story of our customer's journey. Understanding the power of our products and how they impact businesses, you will help share how we provide our customers with the best solutions for innovation. If you’re as excited about building what’s next as we are, Google Cloud is the place for you.

As part of the Google Cloud Storytelling team, we showcase how our customers are leveraging Google Cloud technologies to transform their businesses and industries. By partnering closely with customers to uncover and craft compelling stories, we empower the broader Google Cloud marketing and sales organizations with impactful content that sparks new opportunities. As a Customer Storytelling Manager, you'll uncover and develop powerful stories of cloud adoption – cases where cutting-edge AI, data, security, and modern infrastructure solutions delivered a step-change in agility, efficiency, and innovation. By shining a light on this real-world customer impact, you'll equip marketing and sales teams with compelling evidence to spark new business. You’ll develop innovative storytelling approaches, experiment with different content formats, and have ownership over strategic direction within their verticals. You will work with leaders across Google Cloud, collaborating with teams in product marketing, campaigns, communications, and sales as we communicate our value to customers and grow our advocacy programs.

Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's problems--from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can--changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.
