Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Google and LinkedIn Ads Expert. The day-to-day responsibilities include developing, launching, and managing Google and LinkedIn advertising campaigns, optimizing ads for maximum ROI, conducting keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and analyzing campaign performance metrics. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align marketing campaigns with overall business goals and staying updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising.
- Develop and execute performance-driven ad strategies focused on B2B lead generation and pipeline growth
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) and LinkedIn Ads (Sponsored Content, InMail, Lead Gen Forms)
- Drive high-quality leads (MQLs/SQLs) targeting decision-makers (CXOs, Directors, Managers)
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve CPL, CTR, conversion rates, and overall ROI
- Build and refine audience targeting (industry, job titles, company size, intent-based segments)
- Implement and manage retargeting and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies
- Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-performing B2B ad creatives and messaging
- Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and campaign structure (pixels, UTMs, conversion tracking)
- Monitor performance and deliver actionable insights through regular reporting
- Manage and allocate budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and minimize wasted spend
- Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to identify new growth opportunities
- Continuously test new ad formats, platforms, and strategies to improve campaign performance
