Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Google and Facebook Ads Specialist to join our team in Gurugram. This on-site role involves managing, optimizing, and analyzing Google Ads and Facebook advertising campaigns for various clients. The specialist will develop targeted ad strategies, monitor campaign performance, and ensure that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met. Additionally, the role includes conducting audience research, writing compelling ad copy, and leveraging data analytics to refine and enhance ad performance.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Google Ads and Facebook Ads, including campaign creation, targeting, and optimization
- Proficiency in data analysis and campaign performance reporting to optimize ROI
- Ability to conduct detailed audience research and develop effective ad strategies
- Strong skills in writing engaging and persuasive ad copy
- Familiarity with A/B testing and leveraging insights for continuous improvement
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Experience with additional digital advertising platforms is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
