Job Summary:
We are looking for a Google Ads Executive to support and execute paid media campaigns across Google platforms (Search, Display, YouTube, Discovery, Shopping). The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and focused on optimizing campaigns to improve performance metrics like CPC, CTR, CPL, and CPA.
Key Responsibilities:
● Execute and manage day-to-day Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, App
Campaigns).
● Assist in campaign setup including keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy creation, and extensions.
● Monitor campaign performance regularly and make optimizations to improve CTR, CPC, and conversions.
● Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
● Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to enhance campaign effectiveness.
● Coordinate with the creative team for ad copies, banners, and video assets.
● Track and report campaign performance using tools like Google Ads and Google Analytics.
● Ensure proper tracking setup (conversion tracking, pixels, UTM parameters).
● Maintain and optimize campaign budgets to achieve defined KPIs.
● Stay updated with Google Ads features, trends, and best practices.
Requirements:
● 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads or performance marketing.
● Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, Conversion Rate).
● Familiarity with Google Ads campaign structures and bidding strategies (Manual CPC, Maximize Conversions, etc.).
● Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
● Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
● Ability to interpret data and take actionable steps for optimization.
● Good communication and coordination skills.
● Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have:
● Exposure to other platforms like Meta Ads or LinkedIn Ads.
● Basic understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
● Familiarity with tools like Looker Studio, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
● Basic knowledge of tracking, tags, or HTML (preferred but not mandatory)
