Advertising Solutions Architect, gTech Ads Large Customer Solutions

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
  
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in project/program management.
• Experience in building proof of concepts using web/scripting technologies (e.g., JS, PHP, Python) and SQL databases.
• Ability to absorb technical concepts and effectively communicate them to a non-technical audience.
• Ability to work independently and to manage multiple complex projects at the same time.
• Skills in problem-discovery, problem-solving, analysis, and communication.
• Collaboration skills in order to work with other groups in Google (Sales teams, Solution Engineers, and more).

We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. As a cross-functional and global team, we ensure our customers get the best return on investment with Google and we remain a trusted partner.

gTech Ads team takes a creative, collaborative, and customer-centric approach to provide foundational tech services and forward-looking business solutions to large advertiser. Through technical consultation and implementation of media solutions, gTech Ads helps customers attain their business objectives while building long-term capabilities.

As an Advertising Solutions Architect, you will work closely with our sales teams and customers to understand their priorities and business objectives to architect technical solutions on top of the Google advertising ecosystem. You develop and apply your deep expertise of Google advertising products to solve customer marketing objectives independently.

Responsibilities

• Engage with external clients and internal sales stakeholders to identify customer business objectives and marketing objectives through consultative approach.
• Lead client meetings to explore opportunities for Joint Technical Plans, Digital Growth Packages, and Standalone Solutions which help our customers achieve their business objectives.
• Develop deep expertise of the Google Advertising Products and Customer Infrastructure to be able to architect technical solutions on top of them to meet customer needs.
• Lead complex multi quarter technical projects by collaborating closely with cross-functional internal and external teams (technical and non technical team members).
• Build trusted technical advisory relationships with customers and internal sales stakeholders.
