🚀 We’re Hiring: Google Ads Team Lead

📍 Noida Sector 3 | 🕒 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Night Shift)

At Pear Media LLC, we’re scaling aggressively and looking for a Google Ads Team Lead who can not only drive performance but also lead and mentor a team of media buyers.

🔥 What You’ll Do

· Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Google Ads specialists/media buyers

· Plan, execute, and scale high-budget campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)

· Drive performance across campaigns with focus on ROAS, CPA & revenue growth

· Build and implement scaling strategies for global markets (US & others)

· Oversee campaign structure, bidding strategies, and budget allocation

· Ensure accurate tracking setup (GTM, Pixels, Analytics, attribution models)

· Analyze performance data and present actionable insights to leadership

· Collaborate with creative & landing page teams to improve conversion rates

🎯 What We’re Looking For

· 3–5 years of experience in Google Ads / Performance Marketing

· Proven experience in handling and scaling high-budget campaigns

· Prior experience in team handling or leadership role

· Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution & analytics

· Data-driven mindset with strong decision-making ability

· Experience working in a performance marketing or affiliate environment

B.Tech / Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering preferred)

⭐ Bonus:

· Experience in international markets (US/Global)

· Strong understanding of funnels, landing pages & CRO
