Role Overview:
We are looking for a performance-first Google Ads & Strategy Executive who understands full-funnel marketing, not just campaign setup. If your idea of “running ads” is limited to CPC and CTR, this role is not for you.
You will be responsible for driving scalable growth through Google Ads, backed by data, automation, and funnel optimization.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Google Ads Strategy & Execution
● Plan, execute, and optimize Search, Display, YouTube & Performance Max campaigns
● Build high-intent keyword strategies focused on conversions, not vanity traffic
● Manage monthly ad budgets (₹1L–₹10L+) with strict ROI accountability
● Continuously optimize campaigns for CPL, CPA, and ROAS
2. Full-Funnel Ownership
● Design and optimize end-to-end marketing funnels (Ad → Landing Page → CRM → Conversion)
● Improve lead quality
● Collaborate on landing page strategy and CRO improvements
● Track and optimize lead-to-sale conversion rates
3. Data, Tracking & Analytics
● Set up and manage:
● Google Analytics (GA4)
● Conversion tracking & event tracking
● CRM integrations (Zoho or similar)
● Looker Studio Dashboards for Reporting
● Advanced Conversion Tracking Automation with CRM
● Use data to identify:
○ Drop-offs
○ Funnel leaks
○ Scaling opportunities
○ Generate actionable insights, not just reports
4. Marketing Automation & CRM Integration
● Work with tools like Zoho CRM, Zapier, WhatsApp API
● Build automated workflows for:
○ Lead nurturing
○ Follow-ups
○ Retargeting
○ Improve conversion rates through lifecycle marketing
5. Scaling & Experimentation
● Test new strategies:
● Campaign structures
● Bidding strategies
● Creative angles
● Scale winning campaigns aggressively while maintaining efficiency
● Optimize for real business outcomes (sales, revenue), not platform metrics
Required Skills & Experience
● 3–6 years of experience in Google Ads & Performance Marketing
● Proven track record of:
● Managing ₹1Cr+ annual ad spend
● Achieving strong ROAS / low CPL / optimized CPA
● Strong understanding of:
○ Keyword intent & search behavior
○ Funnel building & optimization
○ Lead generation ecosystems
● Hands-on experience with:
○ Google Ads (mandatory)
○ Google Analytics (GA4)
● CRM tools (Zoho/Odoo preferred)
● Basic understanding of:
○ Landing pages (WordPress / Shopify / HTML basics)
● Conversion tracking & attribution
Good to Have (Not Optional If You Want to Stand Out)
● Experience with Meta Ads (full-funnel perspective)
● Experience in Education, D2C, or Service-based businesses
● Ability to manage automation + performance together
● Understanding of B2B & B2C lead generation differences
