Rehab CEOs is hiring a Google Ads Specialist to help drive consistent, high-quality leads for physical therapy clinics across the U.S.
This is NOT eCommerce. We are looking for someone who understands how to generate leads for local service-based businesses on smaller budgets.
What You’ll Do:
- Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for local clinics
- Focus on lead generation (calls, form fills, booked appointments)
- Work with lower budgets and still drive strong ROI
- Continuously test, optimize, and improve performance
Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
- Proven experience managing Google Ads for local businesses
- Experience with low-budget campaigns ($500–$2,000/month range)
- Strong understanding of lead gen strategy (not just traffic or eComm ROAS)
- Ability to track, analyze, and improve conversion performance

Salary and Benefits
