Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Google Ads Specialist role based in Jaipur. The Google Ads Specialist will be responsible for planning, creating, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Video, and other relevant networks to achieve client performance goals. Responsibilities include conducting keyword research, structuring campaigns and ad groups, writing compelling ad copy, managing bids and budgets, and monitoring daily performance. The role involves analyzing campaign data, preparing performance reports, and making data-driven recommendations to improve ROI, CTR, and conversion rates. The specialist will collaborate with account managers, designers, and developers to align campaigns with client objectives and landing page experiences, as well as stay current with Google Ads features, policies, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong Google Ads expertise, including campaign setup, keyword research, ad copy creation, bid strategies, and budget management.
- Proficiency in performance analysis and reporting using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and related tracking tools.
- Experience with broader digital marketing practices such as landing page optimization, remarketing, and basic SEO principles.
- Solid analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret data and make clear, actionable recommendations.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and presenting results to stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and campaign quality.
- Hands-on experience with other PPC platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Bing Ads) is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Google Ads certification or willingness to obtain certification within a defined timeframe.
