Job Overview
We are looking for a smart, analytical, and communication-skilled Meta Ads & Google Ads Specialist with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in paid advertising. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of running, optimizing, and managing paid campaigns on Meta and Google platforms. Candidates with professional digital marketing certifications or courses will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve ROI, CTR, and conversions
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Handle campaign types like Lead Generation, Conversion, Traffic, and Brand Awareness
- Prepare weekly & monthly reports
- Perform A/B testing for better performance
- Track campaigns using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads Dashboard
- Coordinate with design & content teams
- Stay updated with latest ad trends and updates
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads platforms
- Understanding of PPC, bidding strategies & conversion tracking
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics
- Good analytical & problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- Digital Marketing certification preferred
- 1–2 years relevant experience
