HamBOLDS is a science-backed beauty & personal care company scaling three D2C brands - Epitight, Cozitis, and Niconi. We blend nature and technology to build products consumers love and trust. We're hiring a Google Ads Specialist who goes beyond running campaigns - someone who owns performance, obsesses over quality scores, and scales revenue through sharp intent-based targeting.
What you'll do
- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max (PMax), Display, and YouTube for our D2C beauty brands
- Own Google Shopping campaigns end-to-end - product feed setup, Google Merchant Center management, and feed optimization
- Build and manage Performance Max campaigns with asset group structuring, audience signals, and listing group segmentation
- Conduct in-depth keyword research - including match types, search term mining, and negative keyword management
- Write and test multiple ad copy variations - headlines, descriptions, RSAs - for CTR and Quality Score improvement
- Implement and manage Smart Bidding strategies - Target ROAS, Target CPA, Maximize Conversions, and Enhanced CPC
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Google Ads conversion actions
- Build RLSA (Remarketing Lists for Search Ads), Display remarketing, and YouTube remarketing audiences
- Monitor and optimize key metrics daily - ROAS, CPA, CTR, Quality Score, Impression Share, and Search Lost IS
- Manage and allocate Google Ads budgets across brands to maximize monthly revenue targets
- Run structured A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, and audience segments
- Coordinate with creative and content teams on ad assets, landing page briefs, and offer messaging
- Build weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations via Looker Studio or GA4
- Stay current with Google Ads updates - PMax changes, AI-driven features, and policy updates
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on Google Ads experience
- Proven experience managing Google Search and Shopping campaigns for D2C or e-commerce brands
- Hands-on experience with Performance Max (PMax) campaigns and asset group structuring
- Strong command of Google Merchant Center and product feed management
- Proficiency in conversion tracking setup via Google Tag Manager and GA4
- Experience with Smart Bidding strategies and budget optimization for ROAS targets
- Strong analytical mindset - comfortable with CPA, ROAS, Quality Score, and Search IS metrics
- Ability to write high-converting RSA ad copy and brief creative teams on landing page requirements
- Experience in Beauty / Skincare / Personal Care D2C brands
- Google Ads Search or Shopping Certification
- Familiarity with Looker Studio for performance dashboards
