Position Summary
Are you a results-driven performance marketer with experience in the D2C space?
Here’s your chance to take full ownership of high-budget Google Ads campaigns across
Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, and Remarketing for the USA, UK, and
Europe. With monthly budgets of up to $50,000, you’ll have the resources to test,
scale, and drive measurable impact.
You’ll be joining a fast-growing team where experimentation is encouraged, learning is
constant, and your work directly drives revenue. This role is ideal for someone eager to
scale international markets, optimize performance at speed, and grow alongside a
globally expanding brand.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end Google Ads strategy and execution across Search, Shopping,
Performance Max, Display, YouTube, and Remarketing for the USA, UK, & European markets.
- Drive revenue growth by optimizing for ROAS and CAC with a strong focus on scaling
high-performing campaigns.
- Handle monthly budgets of up to $50,000, ensuring efficient spend allocation and
performance.
- Design and execute full-funnel PPC strategies, including high-intent keyword targeting,
audience segmentation, and remarketing flows.
- Develop and test high-converting ad creatives and copy tailored to different audience
segments and buying stages.
- Lead A/B testing across creatives, bidding strategies, audiences, and landing pages.
- Own tracking and attribution via GA4, GSC, and Google Tag Manager, ensuring accurate
performance insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, product, and CRO teams to improve funnel
efficiency and conversion rates.
- Stay ahead of competitors and platform updates to continuously unlock new growth
levers.

Skills and Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in Google Ads.
- Proven success in scaling D2C campaigns in the US and UK markets
- Strong grasp of Google Ads, GA4, Keyword Planner, GSC, and conversion tracking
tools.
- Highly analytical with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Experience in A/B testing, landing page optimization, and performance-focused
copywriting.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, or other D2C marketing platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced,
cross-functional team.
- Knowledge of SEO is a plus.
