Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads
- Conduct keyword research and build high-performing campaign structures
- Monitor and optimize campaigns based on KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
- Manage budgets efficiently to maximize performance and ROI
- Perform A/B testing on ad copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies
- Track and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads dashboard
- Collaborate with content and design teams for ad creatives and landing pages
- Stay updated with Google Ads policies, algorithm changes, and best practices
- Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads campaigns
- Experience in keyword planning, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization
- Familiarity with conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4, etc.)
- Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
