This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Google Ads Specialist – D2C E-commerce. The role will focus on managing, scaling, and optimizing Borosil’s Google Ads ecosystem to drive profitable growth for the brand’s D2C website.
The person will be responsible for end-to-end campaign strategy across Performance Max (PMax), Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, and Remarketing, with a strong focus on revenue growth, ROAS, customer acquisition, and conversion optimization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for Borosil’s D2C website, with advanced expertise in Performance Max (PMax) campaigns
- Manage Google Shopping feeds, Merchant Center, audience signals, asset groups, and conversion tracking
- Conduct keyword research, search term analysis, and competitor benchmarking to improve campaign efficiency
- Monitor campaign KPIs including ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and revenue contribution
- Build and optimize customer acquisition, retention, and remarketing funnels
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Merchant Center, and Looker Studio
- Develop data-driven strategies for scaling profitable categories and product lines
- Collaborate with creative, website, and marketing teams to align paid campaigns with product launches, seasonal sales, and broader D2C objectives
- Stay updated with Google Ads trends, automation changes, and e-commerce best practices
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing Google Ads for D2C / E-commerce brands
- Strong hands-on expertise in Performance Max (PMax) campaign strategy, optimization, feed management, and scaling
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Merchant Center, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
- Deep understanding of Google Shopping, Search, Display, YouTube Ads, and remarketing
- Strong skills in keyword research, performance tracking, attribution analysis, and reporting
- Experience improving ROAS, CAC, and revenue growth for e-commerce businesses
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable growth strategies
- Strong understanding of conversion funnels, customer journeys, and audience segmentation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Google Ads certifications (Search, Shopping, PMax, Analytics) preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
