About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Google Ads Specialist to join our expanding marketing team as a Lead Generation expert. This role is pivotal in scaling our inbound client pipeline through strategic paid search campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns specifically for tech services businesses, including software agencies, SaaS providers, and IT service companies. You will take full ownership of the paid search channel, from campaign architecture to ongoing optimization, working closely with senior leadership to generate high-quality inbound inquiries from founders, CTOs, product managers, and decision-makers seeking mobile app development, web solutions, or AI-powered products. This is a strategic, hands-on role that requires independence, analytical thinking, and a passion for driving measurable results. You will be responsible for building, managing, and refining campaigns to maximize ROI, reduce cost per lead, and improve lead quality, all while maintaining a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of practical experience managing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Performance Max channels. At least one year of dedicated experience in lead generation campaigns within the tech services sector is essential. Demonstrable success in reducing CPL, boosting lead quality, and growing sales pipelines through paid search is highly valued. You should possess a strong understanding of bidding strategies such as tCPA, tROAS, and Max Conversions, as well as expertise in campaign structure and keyword match types. Proficiency in Google Tag Manager and GA4 for conversion tracking and attribution is required. The ability to craft compelling ad copy, including responsive search ads and extensions, independently is critical. An analytical mindset with comfort interpreting data, making informed decisions, and implementing optimizations is a must. Certifications in Google Ads or Google Analytics are advantageous, along with experience targeting B2B audiences like startup founders and product managers. Familiarity with supporting channels like Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads, as well as CRM tools such as HubSpot or Freshsales, will be considered a plus.
Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include designing, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns aimed at high-intent buyers of digital products and services. You will develop comprehensive keyword strategies, including match types and negative keywords, to ensure lead quality while minimizing unnecessary spend. Creating engaging ad copy and extensions tailored to different stages of the buyer’s journey is essential. You will set up and maintain accurate conversion tracking across multiple channels using Google Tag Manager and GA4, ensuring reliable attribution of leads from form submissions, WhatsApp inquiries, and call events. Monitoring key performance indicators such as CPL, CTR, Quality Score, and impression share on a weekly basis will be vital to inform real-time bid adjustments, budget reallocations, and targeting refinements. Running structured A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, and calls-to-action will facilitate continuous improvement in conversion rates. Collaboration with the design team to align landing pages with campaign messaging and optimize for conversions will be part of your routine. You will also prepare detailed monthly performance reports, providing insights, trend analysis, and strategic recommendations to leadership, ensuring the campaigns' ongoing effectiveness and alignment with business goals.
