About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Google Ads Specialist to lead our performance marketing initiatives. As the PPC Lead, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and scaling high-budget Google Ads campaigns that drive measurable business results. You will take ownership of campaign performance across various channels including Search, Display, and Remarketing, ensuring optimal ROI and revenue growth. This role requires a proactive leader with a deep understanding of digital advertising, data analysis, and team mentorship. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to analyze campaign data, generate insights, and implement strategies that maximize effectiveness. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of managing large-scale PPC campaigns, demonstrate leadership qualities, and have excellent communication skills to articulate campaign performance and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing high-performance PPC campaigns, particularly within Google Ads. Demonstrated expertise in Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and bid management is essential. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of key performance metrics such as ROI, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and conversion rates. Google Ads certifications are preferred, reflecting a commitment to professional development and industry standards. Responsibilities
