About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Google Ads Specialist – Enterprise Accounts to manage and optimize complex paid search portfolios for large-scale business operations. This role is suited for a professional who understands enterprise-level structures, cross-functional collaboration, and performance accountability.

You will work within a structured marketing ecosystem, ensuring paid acquisition strategies are aligned with broader organizational objectives.


Your Key Responsibilities

Manage Google Ads accounts for enterprise-level clients or business units

Develop structured campaign frameworks tailored to large-scale operations

Coordinate with analytics, creative, and product teams to ensure campaign alignment

Monitor performance indicators and optimize for efficiency and growth

Maintain clear documentation of strategy, testing, and optimization processes

Support forecasting, budget planning, and performance projections

Provide detailed performance reporting to internal stakeholders


Required Qualifications

4–6+ years of Google Ads management experience

Experience working with enterprise or large organizational accounts

Strong understanding of account segmentation, bidding strategies, and optimization methodologies

Ability to manage multiple campaigns with structured oversight

Experience interpreting data to inform strategic adjustments

Professional communication and stakeholder management skills


Preferred Experience

Familiarity with analytics platforms and conversion tracking frameworks

Exposure to multi-market or multi-brand account environments

Experience collaborating with cross-department teams
