Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Google Ads & Meta Ads Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing advertising strategies on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta (formerly Facebook). Daily tasks include conducting keyword research, creating and managing ad campaigns, optimizing for performance, monitoring analytics, and preparing reports to measure results. Collaboration with other team members to align campaigns with broader marketing goals will also be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads platforms
- Experience in creating and managing paid advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, A/B testing, and budget management
- Strong analytical skills to track metrics, analyze ROI, and optimize campaigns
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and trends, including SEO and content marketing
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote work environment
- Prior experience in an agency or relevant marketing role is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field preferred
- Google Ads certification or Meta Blueprint certification is a plus
