Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist / PPC Lead to manage and scale campaigns across Search, Demand Gen, and Performance Max.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in campaign execution, performance optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Demand Gen, Performance Max)
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting
- Improve conversion rates and ROI through continuous testing and optimization
- Manage audience targeting, keyword strategies, and ad creatives
- Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights
- Work closely with internal teams (analytics, content, and design)
- Stay updated with Google Ads features, updates, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads (PPC / Paid Search)
- Strong understanding of bidding strategies and campaign optimization
- Experience with conversion tracking and performance analysis
- Familiarity with Demand Gen and Performance Max campaigns
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage budgets and improve campaign efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing high-budget or international campaigns
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
- Agency experience is a plus
