About the RoleMagnoBiz Digital Solutions LLC is looking for a highly skilled, analytical, and proactive Google Ads Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will take complete ownership of our Google Ads campaigns for US-based clients from scratch to end.
Beyond technical execution, you will be the face of the agency for your accounts, leading direct client communications. Because you will be interacting exclusively with US business owners, impeccable, fluent English verbal and written communication skills are strictly mandatory.
Key Responsibilities- End-to-End Campaign Management: Strategy, planning, structure setup, and seamless execution of Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping) from the ground up.
- Technical Setup: Manage conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and Google Tag Manager (GTM) setups to ensure flawless data attribution.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for US clients, leading onboarding calls, performance reviews, and alignment meetings.
- Continuous Optimization: Conduct rigorous keyword research, negative keyword auditing, A/B testing of ad copies/landing pages, and bid strategy adjustments to maximize ROI.
- Data & Reporting: Analyze performance metrics via Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and build clear, insightful Looker Studio dashboards to present directly to clients.
Mandatory Requirements- Location: Must be living and working from India.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent, native-level spoken and written English. You must be comfortable hosting independent video calls with US clients.
- Schedule Alignment: Ability and willingness to work during US business time zones to accommodate client schedules.
- Experience: Proven experience managing Google Ads budgets with a strong track record of lower CPAs and scaling ROAS.
- Tools Portfolio: High proficiency with Google Ads Editor, GA4, GTM, and standard reporting tools.
