Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Google Ads Expert to join our team in a hybrid capacity, based in the Pune Division with flexibility for remote work. The role involves managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROI. Responsibilities include keyword research, ad creation, performance analysis, budget management, and ensuring campaigns align with the company’s goals. Collaboration with the marketing team to implement strategies effectively will also be a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Google Ads campaign creation, management, and optimization
- Strong skills in analytical tools such as Google Analytics for performance tracking and reporting
- Expertise in keyword research, bidding strategies, and A/B ad testing
- Experience in crafting compelling ad copies and implementing creative strategies
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts, including audience targeting and retargeting
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven marketing decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in driving campaigns in competitive industries or markets is a plus
