Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Google Ads and Meta Ads Specialist based in Gurugram. The position involves planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads. Responsibilities include creating ad strategies, monitoring performance metrics, conducting A/B testing, optimizing ad budgets, generating performance reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, including Paid Campaign Management and Ad Optimization
- Proficiency in analyzing metrics and generating performance reports to evaluate campaign outcomes
- Strong skills in designing and executing A/B tests to maximize ad effectiveness
- Experience in budget management and strategy development for digital advertising
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite is a plus
- Strong communication and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; certifications in Google Ads or Meta Ads are an advantage
