The Role:
We're looking for a Google Ads Expert who lives and breathes performance marketing — someone who can take a client's ad account from "spending money" to "generating profitable, scalable revenue." If you know your way around Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns, and you get genuinely excited by a well-optimized ROAS, we want to talk to you.
What You'll Do:
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, PMax, Display, YouTube) across multiple D2C brand accounts
Own campaign performance end-to-end — budget allocation, bid strategy, audience targeting, and creative testing
Analyze account data to identify growth opportunities and fix underperforming campaigns before they become a problem
Collaborate closely with the creative and Shopify dev teams to align landing pages, product feeds, and ad creatives with campaign goals
Prepare and present clear, data-backed performance reports to clients
Stay ahead of Google Ads platform updates (like AI Max, PMax evolutions) and apply them strategically — not just because they're new
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads for D2C/e-commerce brands, specifically within the fashion and lifestyle space
Strong understanding of GA4, Google Merchant Center, and conversion tracking (GTM, server-side tagging is a plus)
A genuine grip on the numbers that matter — ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, Quality Score — and how they connect to actual business outcomes
Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously in an agency environment
Google Ads certification is a plus, but real results speak louder than certificates
