Role & Responsibilities• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
• Generate qualified leads for clients across different niches
• Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, and audiences
• Manage budgets and ensure efficient ad spend
• Work closely with the creative team for ad creatives

Requirements• Basic experience in running Meta & Google Ads
• Understanding of lead generation campaigns
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
• Ability to optimize campaigns for better CPL (Cost Per Lead)
