Bilingual English/Spanish language required. </ul><div><strong>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></div><div>Schedulers are expected to perform the following tasks::</div><div> </div><div>
<u>Appointments</u>: Schedule Clinic appointments including consultations and follow-up visits, utilizing EMR (Electronic Medical Record) software and scheduling tools.</div><div> </div><ul>
<li>Answer and resolve all incoming calls and requests in a timely and accurate manner</li>
<li>Communicate with supervisor about potential patient concerns</li>
<li>Triage and relay necessary messages to appropriate staff members</li>
<li>Utilize EMR reports to contact patients and schedule appointments</li>
<li>Other assigned duties</li>
