What You’ll Do
- Sort donations into sellable, salvage, or recyclable categories
- Use equipment like gaylord tippers to process goods efficiently
- Stock and rotate merchandise on the sales floor
- Meet daily productivity goals while maintaining quality standards
- Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
- Support customer service, register, and store upkeep

What You Bring
- Retail or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet
- Comfortable working in non-climate-controlled environments
- Willing to attend a full-day orientation in Buffalo
Compensation
- $16-$17/hour based on experience
