What you’ll be doing:

Performs routine manual labor associated with the daily cleaning of buildings. The position is under immediate supervision and performs various duties requiring moderate physical strength.

Essential Functions:

Responsible for dusting, mopping, sweeping, damp mopping tile floors and stairwells.
Dust and clean walls, doors, windows and other surfaces above floor.
Dust, clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
Police common areas.
Police around building exterior.
Empty trash from offices and other assigned areas and place in designated areas for disposal.
Notify supervisor of equipment and facilities needing repair or replacement.
Perform other related work as required and/ or instructed.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment preferred.
Ability to maintain a positive demeanor while engaged in repetitive tasks.
Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with supervisor and other workers.

Working Environment Conditions/Requirements:

Ability to perform manual tasks requiring moderate physical strength and be able to stand or walk for long periods of time.

Hours: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 12:30pm until 9:00pm
