In this role, you will make a difference in the lives of seniors and people with disabilities by enhancing their quality of life. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable -schedule must be met daily. <strong> Must be ok with dogs, client has a small chihuahua' in the home. <br>SCHEDULE Monday-Friday 8:00am-1:30/2pm. Urgently Hiring Call 469-799-4487 for same day interview. <br>This position is in the client home and is a total of 28.5 hours weekly. <br> DO NOT APPLY if looking for 8 hours daily or full time work. <br>Possible PRN (Saturday 8am-2pm) LOCATION: ****** Tierra Calle, Carrollton, Tx</strong>
</div><div> </div><div><strong>Responsibilities </strong></div><ul>
<li>Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing</li>
<li>Assist with transferring from wheelchair to bed, BATHING </li>
<li>Light housekeeping activities - Assist with errands and shopping (using your vehicle)</li>
</ul><div><strong>Qualifications</strong></div><ul>
<li>Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred.</li>
<li>Take safety precautions -Use a back brace for lifting</li>
<li>First aid and CPR-certified</li>
<li>Ability to lift using a Gait Belt or without</li>
<li>Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills</li>
<li>Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Compassionate, respectful, ethical</li>
<li>Reliable transportation, must meet daily schedule</li>
<li>Reliable cell phone for clock in/out (HHA mobile app - Free App)</li>
<li>Must like dogs ( client has 2 small chihuahua that are loose in the home) </li>
