About the role

We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Culture & Policy Manager. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing our organizational culture, developing policies, and ensuring their effective implementation. Additionally, this individual will contribute to our recruitment process, ensuring that we attract and retain the best talent who align with our core values and company mission. Employee Development: Training and skill development Career pathing and promotions Performance management Mentoring and coaching Succession planning Leadership development Key Responsibilities: Culture Building: Develop and foster a positive organizational culture that aligns with the company's values and mission. Organize and facilitate programs, activities, and events that promote engagement, collaboration, and inclusivity within the company. Collaborate with leadership to create initiatives that enhance employee morale and retention. Ensure open lines of communication across teams and departments to support a transparent, supportive, and cohesive work environment. Policy Making and Implementation: Develop and implement company policies that support a healthy work environment, compliance with laws, and best practices. Review, update, and ensure all policies are in alignment with the company's goals and legal requirements. Provide guidance to leadership and employees on policy interpretation and enforcement. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of policies and suggest improvements where necessary. Recruitment Process: Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to develop job descriptions that align with the company's culture and values. Support the recruitment process by participating in interviews, screening candidates, and assessing cultural fit. Promote and maintain the employer brand to attract top talent. Develop and execute strategies for onboarding new hires and ensuring their smooth transition into the company culture. Employee Engagement: Regularly gather employee feedback through surveys, focus groups, or one-on-one discussions to improve company culture and policies. Work with leadership to address employee concerns and implement solutions that promote a positive work environment. Provide regular reports on employee engagement and recommendations for improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field. 5 years of experience in culture development, policy implementation, or related HR functions. Strong understanding of labor laws and organizational best practices. Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
