Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Fullstack Developer to join our Bengaluru office.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in frontend development and strong backend and cloud experience.
You will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance web applications, contributing to both frontend and backend architecture, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
- Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces with React.js, TypeScript, Next.js, and Redux/Zustand.
- Integrate frontend components with REST or GraphQL APIs.
- Optimize UI performance and ensure consistent user experiences across browsers and devices.
- Develop backend services using Node.js, Java, or Python, with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments (AWS or GCP), leveraging cloud services for storage, compute, and scaling.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate requirements into robust, user-first solutions.
- Maintain code quality and reliability through best practices, automated testing, and code reviews.
Qualifications & Skills Skills
- 4 to 8 years of frontend development experience with deep expertise in React.js, TypeScript, Next.js, Redux/Zustand.
- Strong understanding of modern JavaScript, browser behavior, and UI performance optimization.
- Experience architecting large-scale user interfaces in fast-paced environments.
- Solid knowledge of frontend build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Vite, Turborepo, etc.
- Strong sense of design, attention to detail, and user-first thinking.
Backend & Cloud Skills
- Strong experience in backend development using Node.js, Java, or Python.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP, including deployment, scaling, and monitoring.
- Experience building RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and working with databases (SQL/NoSQL).
Other Skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
- Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
