Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative and engaging volunteering activities and initiatives that address global challenges
• Identify and design new scalable corporate volunteering programs for a global audience
• Own and establish scalable processes for specific categories of corporate volunteering
• Innovate by creating volunteering experiences that drive high employee engagement and impact
• Improve existing volunteering experiences by engaging event hosts and customer success professionals
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and nonprofit partnership teams for catalog management, campaigns, and impact evaluation
• Work with graphic designers and content writers to bring volunteering activities to life
• Create curated and customized proposals for corporate customers, including activity curation and campaign storytelling
  
  

Requirements

• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with nonprofit partners and internal teams
• Exhibit excellent organizational and project management abilities to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Show a self-motivated attitude toward continuous learning and taking ownership of new workstreams
