Role Overview:
 

We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Recruiting Coordinator to join our talent acquisition team. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. You’ll be the backbone of our recruitment process, coordinating interviews, managing schedules, and supporting the recruitment team from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple time zones.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience.
  • Support recruiters with applicant tracking, data entry, and candidate follow-ups.
  • Assist in onboarding coordination and new hire documentation.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide administrative support.
  • Maintain and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or administrative support.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive, professional attitude.
