Then take a look! • Position : Assistant Restaurant Manager • Employer :Fine Dining Restaurant • Location: Edinburgh • Gross OTE Salary package: circa £32,000 (+ share of serv. chge + targeted bonus) • Weekly working hours / days 48 hours / 5 days • Benefits & Entitlements: 28 days paid holiday (pro rata) incentives, employer's workplace pension, employee care and well being initiatives + more Your role covers assisting in a variety of duties and tasks for the smooth and efficient running of front of house operation to standards and objectives of the business including administrative, customer service and other practical tasks commensurate with position. Main function is to implement delivering polished customer experience that befits a prestige upscale restaurant To qualify for selection you must have the following minimum requirements: • Eligibility to live and work in UK • Proven experience of at least 3 years in this role + min 3 years of prior experience in escalating job roles • Industrial training in a world renowned hospitality institute • Personal alcohol licence • Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols • Strong leadership, excellent multitasking and organisational skills • Resident within commutable distance of up to one hour In addition you should also have the following attributes;- • Be performance, achievement and results driven • Have an eye for detail • Have critical thinking and problem solving skills • Possess an empathic and pleasing personality • Able to work well with others • A creative, energetic and passionate hospitality • A hardworking, fastidious and conscientious individual • Sound health and fitness • FAST PACED AND BE ABLE TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE
