</ul><div><strong>Job Summary:</strong></div><div>The Home Health Aide (HHA) provides clients various personal care and homemaker/companion services in accordance with their established plan of care within the clients home.</div><div><strong>Responsibilities can include but not limited to:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Housekeeping</li>
<li>Meal preparation</li>
<li>Transportation</li>
<li>Companionship</li>
<li>Personal Hygiene (bathing, toileting, dressing)</li>
<li>Memory Care</li>
<li>Care coordination for clients with degenerative conditions</li>
<li>Communicate professionally with families and your team</li>
</ul><div><strong>Qualifications:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Ability to pass a background screening</li>
<li>Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance along with clean driving record</li>
<li>Prior home care experience a plus</li>
<li>Must understand and respect client ethics and confidentiality of care</li>
