About the Role
We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer with expertise in Golang, Java, or Python to join our high-performing engineering team. As a technical leader, you will drive architecture decisions, build scalable systems, and mentor junior engineers, ensuring our platform remains robust, efficient, and high-performing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services.
2. Make key architectural decisions, ensuring system reliability, scalability, and security.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical solutions aligned with business goals.
4. Lead and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
5. Optimize infrastructure and application performance, leveraging cloud technologies.
6. Ensure best practices in software engineering, including code reviews, CI/CD, and DevOps automation.

What We’re Looking For

1. 8+ years of backend development experience in Golang, Java, or Python.
2. Proven expertise in designing and building scalable distributed systems.
3. Deep understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL), cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and microservices architecture.
4. Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
6. Excellent leadership and mentorship abilities with a track record of guiding engineering teams.
