What We're Looking For
We're seeking a Software Engineer II to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be able to independently deliver medium to large features end-to-end, from design to production rollout. You'll be working on exciting projects such as improving our event timeline functionality, enhancing our clip customization features, and developing new pricing tier implementations.

Requirements

1. Ability to independently deliver medium/large features with ambiguous requirements
2. Strong engineering design skills with the ability to write and review design documents
3. Good understanding of production systems and effective debugging skills
4. Ability to collaborate effectively with product teams, designers, QA, and other stakeholders
5. Experience in participating in code reviews, on-call rotations, and mentoring junior engineers
6. Capability to take ownership of a small area of the product
7. Familiarity with technologies like React, Java, Python, or Go, and cloud environments such as AWS
8. Experience with database technologies like PostgreSQL
9. 3+ years of experience
10. Strong academic background from top tier IITs/NITs
