Hiring: Gold Trading Lead (XAUUSD / Precious Metals)
We are hiring a dedicated specialist to lead trading in Gold. This is a focused role, we are not looking for generalists. You must have direct, consistent experience trading gold specifically. This is a macro-driven market. If you do not understand the drivers behind gold, this role is not relevant.
What you’ll be responsible for
• Defining and executing a structured trading approach for gold (XAUUSD)
• Aligning trades with macro drivers (real yields, USD strength, liquidity conditions)
• Identifying high-quality swing and positional setups
• Maintaining disciplined, consistent execution over time
What we expect
• Proven experience trading gold as a primary instrument (not occasional exposure)
• Clear understanding of how real yields, USD, and inflation expectations impact gold
• Ability to hold trades over multiple days to weeks
• Structured framework — not indicator-dependent or reactive
Not a fit if
• Your experience is mainly FX, crypto, or indices with limited gold exposure
• You treat gold like a generic chart
• You rely on indicators without understanding macro drivers
• You operate primarily on short-term or intraday setups
