Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Gold Loan Valuer located in Rajasthan, India. The Gold Loan Valuer will be responsible for assessing the quality and value of customers’ gold items, preparing valuation reports, and ensuring adherence to internal compliance policies and procedures. Additional responsibilities will include assisting customers with queries related to gold loans, ensuring proper documentation, and collaborating with the loan sales and operations teams to support business goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Gold Valuation and thorough knowledge of various gold grading, purity testing, and evaluation techniques
- Strong understanding of loan processing, documentation requirements, and regulatory compliance standards
- Excellent analytical, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills to effectively serve customers and handle queries
- Ability to work independently in an on-site setting and collaboratively with internal teams
- Prior experience in gold loan valuation or related fields is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualification
