Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Gold Loan Product Manager. The Gold Loan Product Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of gold loan products, including market analysis, product development, and pricing strategies to cater to customer needs effectively. The role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, setting key performance metrics, developing promotional strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. The Gold Loan Product Manager will also analyze customer feedback and market trends to enhance existing offerings and maintain competitive advantage.

• Strong understanding of gold loan products, financial services, and market trends
• Proficiency in product development, pricing strategies, and financial analysis
• Experience in strategic planning, market research, and customer needs analysis
• Effective communication, stakeholder management, and team collaboration skills
• Proven ability to monitor regulatory compliance and implement best practices
• Good project management skills and ability to meet deadlines effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the NBFC or financial sector will be an added advantage
