Gold Loan Officers
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility of managing all gold transactions, business development, compliance, collections, and operations.
- Achieving monthly revenue targets of gold loan.
- Ensuring business leads are generated through micro marketing activities.
- Increasing customer footfall by adding new customers and converting existing customers through various channels.
- Responsible for daily net disbursal numbers of branch.
- Responsible for meeting daily growth and collection benchmarks across buckets.
- Assess risks, review control effectiveness, and improve processes for better customer experience and stronger risk management.
Job Purpose:
This position is accountable for driving growth of Gold Loan business through planning and execution of sales strategy and marketing activities. The incumbent shall ensure customer service excellence with high service standards. The role involves achieving assigned targets, adhering to KYC compliance, and managing operational and administrative aspects of Loan against Gold (LAG) business.
Qualification, Experience & Skills:
- Candidates with Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- 1 + years of experience in Gold Loan sales.
- Good product and market knowledge.
- Skilled in organizing and leading projects and initiatives.
- Comfortable working under pressure in a changing environment.
- Self-efficient in delivering process improvement projects.
- Ability to improve service processes, minimize operational risk, and reduce costs.
