ROLE OVERVIEWWe are hiring Gold Loan Officers / Executives responsible for gold appraisal, loan processing, and customer handling at branch level. The role requires a strong mix of technical gold evaluation + sales mindset + compliance adherence.
🎯
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES🔹 Gold Loan Operations
- Evaluate gold purity (karat testing) & assess value
- Process loan applications and disbursements
- Ensure proper KYC & documentation
🔹 Customer Engagement
- Explain loan schemes, interest rates & repayment terms
- Handle walk-in customers & generate repeat business
- Resolve customer queries professionally
🔹 Compliance & Risk
- Follow RBI / NBFC guidelines
- Ensure fraud prevention & accurate valuation
- Maintain audit-ready documentation
🔹 Branch Coordination
- Support daily branch operations
- Coordinate with sales & backend teams
- Maintain records in system

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA✔ Minimum 1 year experience in Gold Loan / BFSI / NBFC
✔ Knowledge of gold appraisal (mandatory for experienced roles)
✔ Graduate (preferred) / 12th pass with relevant experience
✔ Strong communication & customer handling skills
