Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Gold Loan Officer position based in the Greater Vadodara Area. The Gold Loan Officer will be responsible for evaluating gold securities, assisting customers with loan applications, explaining loan products and terms, and ensuring timely verification and disbursement of loans. The role also includes regularly maintaining records, monitoring loan repayments, and providing superior customer service to build strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Gold Valuation, Verification, and appraisal techniques
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and excellent customer engagement skills
- Understanding of Loan Disbursement processes, documentation, and repayment monitoring
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail
- Basic computer proficiency and knowledge of financial software tools
- Ability to operate with integrity and maintain confidentiality
- Experience in the banking, financial services, or related sector is a plus
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
